Edlund Associates is looking for a full time or part time Landscape Construction and Maintenance team member.

Work schedule is  Monday – Friday.  Typical hours are 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM  We are a drug and alcohol free workplace.   Part time applicants must be able to work a minimum of three 8-hour shifts during busy season April - September. 

 

Landscape Construction Team Member:  Assist owner with a variety of hands on projects including irrigation installation and maintenance, site measurement, grading and soil preparation, planting, hardscape installation, equipment maintenance and landscape maintenance.  Prior work experience of some kind is a desired but we will train a willing beginner with a can-do attitude who demonstrates reliability, responsibility, leadership and a desire to learn.

• Must be 18 years or older

• Able to work independently as well as with team members

• US Citizen/Green Card holder/otherwise legally able to work.  

• You must speak English or be fluent enough to communicate

• Willing to work rain or shine

• Lift 50lbs on a routine basis. 

• Drivers License with clean record and reliable transportation   

• $18-25/Hour to start depending on experience.

• Benefits available for full-time employees after 90 days.

Landscape Construction Team Leader:  Assist with organizing materials and managing project progress from start to finish while working alongside your crew.  Skills in horticulture, landscape design or construction, equipment operation, CDL, backflow testing, project management and customer service are desirable.

• Must be 18 years or older

• US Citizen/Green Card holder/legally able to work.  

• You must speak English or be fluent enough to communicate Willing to work rain or shine

• Lift 50lbs on a routine basis. 

• Drivers License with clean record and reliable transportation

• $25-30/Hour to start depending on experience.

• Benefits available for full-time employees after 90 days.

Landscape Maintenance Team Member:  Assist with routine maintenance of residential and commercial properties.  Tasks including mowing, edging, weeding, trimming, vegetation management, irrigation system tune up and repairs, leaf management and pruning.  Prior work experience is a plus but we will train willing beginners with the right attitude.
